This week’s message, “The God of Jacob,” draws from Genesis 28:10–29:1 (NRSV) and explores God’s grace toward one of scripture’s most complicated figures. Jacob—a deceiver, a swindler, a runaway—encounters God not in triumph, but in the wilderness.
