The Youth Ministry of Myers Park Baptist Church is a welcoming and affirming place for all youth (6th-12th grade). We follow God in the way of Jesus who shows us what love, justice, and spirituality are all about. We are committed to journey with one another as we learn, serve, and grow in community. Worship is your way to get involved on Sunday mornings! If you’re interested in singing, playing music, reading scripture, lighting candles, or creating something unique to share, we have opportunities for all youth!

Youth ministry is more than just going to church; it's about being the church. That means we support one another, serve our community, and love all. Don’t miss opportunities to gather together for snacks, service, and silly fun!
Youth Block - Every Sunday at 4pm (Returning September 18th)
Throughout the year, we have a number of special events varying from socials, to volunteering, to retreats:
People in 6th grade through 12th grade, typically 12-18 years old.
1. Complete the online Youth Update Form
2. Let Rev. Tara know that you and your youth will be joining.
3. Show up, be yourself, and have fun!
An upstairs space dedicated specifically to our youth ministry complete with brightly colored walls, a/v capabilities, and a kitchen.
