Womaning by Meta Commerse
WED, March 1 | 7-8:30p | Zoom

In this intimate portrait of one family through the lives of multiple generations we get a glimpse of the ways healing can reveal itself until it is fully known. There is power is sharing and hearing each other’s stories and Womaning creates space for us all to do this.

Join Rev. Carrie for an evening of reflecting on the book as we prepare for our March 11 retreat with the author. Even if you cannot attend the retreat, you are invited and encouraged to attend the book club. Sign up for the book club here. In Charlotte? Purchase a book from the church. Not in Charlotte? Order from our online Bookshop page.

Women's Retreat with Meta Commerse

March 10-11

Meta Commerse is an author, teacher, and Founder and CEO of Story Medicine. We are excited to share that she will be joining us to lead a women's retreat focusing around her latest book Womaning and the healing power of our stories. Examining women’s stories, told and retold across generations, can be a powerful path to finding answers to some of the most perplexing questions of our times. More details to come. In the meantime, save the date.
