Volunteer Opportunity: Support Pinewood Elementary

Pinewood Elementary, one of our valued community partners, is seeking dedicated volunteers to support their upcoming End of Grade Testing. This is a meaningful opportunity to offer encouragement and practical help to students and staff during an important time in the school year.

Volunteers are needed to serve in two key roles:

• Exam Proctors – assisting in classrooms to help maintain a calm and focused testing environment 
• Hallway Monitors – helping manage transitions and ensuring quiet spaces throughout the building

Key Details

Date: Wednesday, June 3
Time: 8:15 am – 12:00 pm (approximately 4 hours)

Please note that, in order to maintain testing integrity, parents are not able to proctor in the same grade level as their child.
