About the Event
All ChurchMOJO Spiritual Growth
Presented by MOJO’s Environmental Justice Group
Sunday, May 3 | 11:15 am | Shalom Hall
Join MOJO’s Environmental Justice Group for a thoughtful and engaging conversation with Eboné Lockett, an award-winning poet, educator, and humanitarian whose work centers on justice, sustainability, and community wellbeing.
A published and performance poet since the age of 13, Eboné has dedicated her life to honoring the power of words as tools for healing and transformation. After more than two decades serving as an English Language Arts and Humanities public school teacher, she founded Harvesting Humanity LLC in 2018—“A School Without Walls—learning for life and lifelong learning.” Through this work, she leverages language and love to nurture individuals and communities locally and globally.
All are invited to this meaningful conversation as we listen, reflect, and explore how creative expression and community-driven action can support a more just and sustainable world.
