PINEWOOD FREEDOM SCHOOL PARTNERS
Welcome! In partnership with Myers Park Baptist, the Pinewood Freedom School serves scholars from Pinewood Elementary. Below you will find all the volunteer opportunities available at the site this summer.
Volunteers age 16 and above can register for volunteer activities unaccompanied by an adult. Volunteers below the age of 16 will need to be registered by an adult as well as accompanied to the volunteer activity by an adult.

Freedom School Finale
Please note the location of the Finale has changed! It is still scheduled for the July 31, from 11:00 to 1:00 but it will be at Pinewood Elementary School. MPBC will be supplying lunch as we have done in the past. We still need volunteers to help by providing food, setting up, or serving. Pizza will be ordered, and we'll provide fruit, salad, desserts, and drinks.
