Every month we get requests from individuals & families who need immediate assistance. Sometimes, they have an urgent need for groceries & don’t have transportation to get to the store. So, they send us their grocery list. Other times, they need furniture, household items, a ride to the doctor’s office, among other things.
We are looking for people who are interested in being informed of these outreach opportunities as they arise. Already this year, we’ve had a members buy & drop off groceries & toiletries to a family, & another member delivered a used cradle. It is a quick, easy way to help our neighbors.
