Did you know that the chandeliers can be raised and lowered by a pulley system in the Sanctuary attic? Once lowered, the 96 globes are taken off and each one is hand washed. The brass is cleaned, and the bulbs are changed out as necessary. This is a two-day process. The brave people who do this work are members Tucker Pearsall, Rick Bahnson, and Richard Pearsall, along with staff Lisa Caldwell and David Willingham. Join us in sharing gratitude to them.
