Roundtable - Researching and Responding to the Needs in Our Community
Date | Monday, February 9, 2026
Time | 10:00 am
Location | Church Parlor off of Heaton Hall Foyer
Guest | Time Out Youth
Join us for a meaningful and informative session as we welcome a representative from Time Out Youth, a Charlotte‑based organization dedicated to supporting LGBTQ+ youth ages 13–24. Their mission centers on providing vital programs, fostering unconditional acceptance, and creating safe spaces where young people can express themselves, build community, and develop leadership skills.
During this gathering, we’ll learn more about the essential services Time Out Youth offers and explore ways our community can support their work. From advocacy to community-building initiatives, their impact in the Charlotte area is both significant and deeply needed.
Whether you’ve been a part of The Roundtable for many years or this is your first time attending, you’ll find a warm and welcoming space where your presence matters and your voice is valued. Come ready for meaningful conversation, shared learning, and the opportunity to engage with an organization doing truly transformative work.
We look forward to seeing you there and joining together in support, understanding, and community impact.
About The Roundtable
The group meets each 2nd Monday of the month, September through May. Each meeting features Outreach Service Organizations in the Charlotte Community. The purpose of The Roundtable is two-fold: Fellowship within our own community and Education to Outreach Possibilities within the broader Charlotte area where we as Christ’s followers might wish to become personally connected. Everyone is welcome!
